Monkey Bread
2 packages Pillsbury buttermilk biscuit dough
2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
Quarter biscuit dough; shake in a bag with cinnamon and white sugar. (I always have to sprinkle more cinnamon in the bag once I've put about 16 quarters in, if they start looking more white than brown, put more cinnamon in). Put in a well greased bundt pan. Mix brown sugar and butter in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Pour brown sugar mixture over biscuits. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Immediately remove pan to cool. Cool about 5-10 minutes before flipping it onto a plate.
Hope everyone enjoys.
