Do you cook with your herbs? I love spaghetti sauce made with fresh oregano and nothing smells better than thyme (unless it's lavendar - I love my lavendar but haven't been brave enough to cook with it).
I wasn't smart and planted my herbs too far from the kitchen. Why does it seem so inconvenient to go ALL THE WAY BACK THERE to get them when I'm cooking?

Yeah, I cook with it. I planted mint and it is taking over where my cucumbers have left off! I planted it right by the front door so when it rains, it smells really nice. Emma likes to go out there and help and when she comes in her breath usually smells like parsley!!
